Mr. Sushil Singla is the founder and the Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Sushil Singla is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has done his graduation in Commerce (Hons) from Panjab University Chandigarh.

 

He started the company with a mission to offer affordable housing solutions to fulfil the home-ownership dreams of the underprivileged and the underbanked.

 

He is a veteran in the field of Financial Services with more than 30 years of experience across various verticals with strong expertise in lending, general management, strategy, and business development. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in enabling access to varied financial services across India through the Supreme Group of companies.

 

 

VANDANA SINGLA

Director

 

Mrs. Vandana Singla is also one of the First Directors of the company. She holds a Bachelor's Degree and shares a passion for supporting the underbanked with affordable housing solutions.

 

She brings extensive experience of over 30 years in the financial service industry.

 

 

DISHA SINGLA

Director & Chief Financial Officer

 

Ms. Disha Singla is also one of the First Directors of the Company.  She is a driven and result-oriented professional, who shares the passion to enable housing for all. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completed a 3-year article ship from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).  She is an alumna of the University of Florida USA for she pursued the Masters of Science degree in Entrepreneurship at the Warrington College of Business.

 

She was also appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. She is a member of the Audit Committee as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company.

 

 

ROHIT SINGH

Independent Director

 

Mr. Rohit Singh is a qualified Company Secretary with over eight years of experience in Company Law and Secretarial and related matters. He qualified as MBA in Finance. He got the Company Secretary Membership in 2014.

 

He worked in various organizations where he contributed significantly. Previous organizations include Ceragem India Private Limited, Clean Wind Power (Piploda) Private Limited, and Easy Bill Private Limited. He is also an Independent Director in Supreme Securities Limited

 

 

MAYURI SINHA

Independent Director

 

Mrs. Mayuri Sinha is a qualified Company Secretary. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate. She has more than 6 years of experience in handling various Corporate Secretarial and Legal matters and dealing with various regulatory authorities.

 

She was associated with Alchemist Group for handling secretarial and M&A matters and was associated with Varun Capital Services Limited. She is also a Board member of KW Homes Private Limited as well as Supreme Securities Limited as an Independent Director.
